Responsibilities

1. Coordinate physician and healthcare services for clients.
2. Conduct healthcare assessments and develop healthcare plans.
3. Train and orient new staff on healthcare procedures.
4. Provide on-call assistance to staff as needed.
5. Update medical records and review medications.

Position Details

Part-time position, 24 hours per week, typically scheduled over three days. Schedules are flexible within Monday-Friday, with shifts from 8:00-4:30 (30 min lunch) or 8:30-5:00 (30 min lunch).
