Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Tampa, FL

CDR Health care Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses in the Tampa area for upcoming projects. All shifts are available: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Recording accurate patient medical information
• Providing backup relief for all staff positions as needed
• Adhering to all company policies and rules
• Performing tasks as directed by the incident commander or supervisor
• Providing emotional and psychological support when needed
• Communicating with patients’ families or friends for advice, comfort, and instructions
• Measuring and recording vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
• Patient assessment and monitoring

Requirements:

• Current Florida LPN license in good standing
• Proven experience as an LPN
• Ability to perform diverse care tasks within a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of confidentiality and best practices
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, able to handle stress
• High attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Pass drug screening and background checks
• Valid work eligibility documentation (Form I-9)
• Full immunization record (COVID vaccination not required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Bilingual skills (required)

Schedule: Expected to start June 2023. Day shift: 8 am - 5 pm (subject to change). Monday through Friday.
