As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Substance Abuse Treatment Facility, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals on their journey to recovery from substance abuse. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing nursing care, medication management, and support to individuals undergoing substance abuse treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Conduct health assessments and monitor the physical and mental well-being of clients.
  • Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements

Qualifications:
