Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide nursing care under supervision, including vital signs, medication administration, and documentation
• Prepare residents for meals, assist with feeding, and record intake
• Maintain resident confidentiality and dignity, report concerns, and follow Resident’s Rights
• Implement basic preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care
• Perform delegated nursing tasks and contribute to care planning
• Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses
• Participate in patient education and staff development

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Nursing program
• Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing
