Presbyterian Senior Living in Pennsylvania is seeking compassionate LPNs for part-time evening and night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges from $32 to $37 per hour, based on experience, with additional shift differentials for part-time and PRN positions.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering resident care, administering medications, and performing assessments in a geriatric setting, within physician plans of care.

Competenze

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure (LPN) required.
• One year experience working in geriatric or long-term care setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents.

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Participates in daily resident rounding.
