Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license.
• TB skin test or TB blood test.
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license required.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in pediatric home health.
• Collaborate closely with RN and clinical leadership to deliver consistent care.
• Ensure patient safety and follow plans of care with RN oversight.
