Job summary

A pediatric home health care provider in Annville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for pediatric patients. In this role, you will work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care. Candidates must possess a valid Pennsylvania LPN license, be BLS CPR certified, and have a valid driver's license. Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License required.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) needed.

• Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent preferred but training available.

Responsibilities
