Job summary

Care Options for Kids in New Jersey is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health. You will provide focused, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, working under RN supervision to ensure safe, compassionate treatment.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN license and current BLS CPR certification.
• Physical within three years and valid driver’s license.
• PPD or Chest X-ray and RN oversight for plans of care.
• G-tube/trach/vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing to patients.
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.
• Follow plans of care and maintain CDC-aligned safety practices.
• Document care in the portal and communicate with the care team.
