Qualifications

• Must have a valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License.
• Physical exam must be recent, within three years.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray required.
• Valid BLS CPR card must be obtained in person.

• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs.
• Work closely with registered nurse and clinical leadership.
