Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care to residents under RN supervision, adhering to facility standards.
Perform essential tasks, such as administering medication, managing IVs, wound care, and assessing residents' health to ensure comfort and safety.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, assisting RNs with resident rounds, coordinating care, and updating families as needed.
Maintain documentation in compliance with state and facility guidelines, ensuring accurate records of all resident interactions and care provided.
Qualifications
Licensure: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse certification in Pennsylvania.
Skills: Compassionate bedside manner, strong organizational skills, ability to work collaboratively, and stamina to perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Experience: While not required, two years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
