Job summary

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Fort Smith is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our rehab team on a PRN night schedule. You will provide direct patient care, administer treatments, and monitor patient status under RN supervision.

Qualifications

Department/Unit Summary

Join our team in Rehabilitation where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs). What we are looking for:

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
• Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Experience: One year previous experience preferred
• Licenses: Active Arkansas or compact state LPN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
• Education: Associate's Degree required
