Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one, in-home pediatric nursing care for medically fragile children and young adults in Clinton, SC and surrounding areas.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling, days/nights/weekends, and 24/7 support. Join a nurse-founded, clinically led organization focused on HALOS values and continuous education.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (SC)
• Home health care experience is preferred
• Pediatric/home health setting experience is a plus
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the home setting.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (South Carolina)
• License acquired 1 year prior to application
• Ability to provide care in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities

• 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
