Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Anderson, SC and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with day, night, and weekend shifts. Expect comprehensive training, 24/7 clinical support, and a mission-driven team culture focused on HALOS values.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $29+/hour

Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting

Qualifications

Required

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (South Carolina)
• License acquired 1 year prior to application
• Ability to provide care in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
