Angels of Care Pediatric HomeHealth is seeking RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Jackson, TN and surrounding areas. Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with days, nights, and weekends available.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (Tennessee).
• Ability to provide care in a home setting.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Pediatric or home health experience.
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube).

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams.
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes.
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability
• 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
