Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in the Chattanooga, TN area.

The role requires Tennessee RN/LPN licensure, experience with trach/vent/G-tube, and a passion for family-centered care. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, and PRN with days, nights, and weekends available.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Tennessee.
• Ability to provide care in a home setting.
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Deliver care per physician orders and plan of care.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Tennessee)
• Ability to provide care in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability
• 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
