Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Jackson, TN is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

This role offers flexible scheduling (FT, PT, PRN), opportunities for growth, and comprehensive training. You will assess patients, administer medications, coordinate with families and health teams, and promote safe, quality outcomes in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN/LPN license in Tennessee.
• Ability to provide care in a home setting.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Pediatric or home health experience; high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube).
