Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Indiana, PA and surrounding areas. Join a nurse-founded, clinically led team offering flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and ongoing support.

You will assess patients, administer care per physician orders, educate families, and coordinate with care

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (Pennsylvania)
• License acquired 1 year prior to application
• Ability to provide care in a home setting
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

What You’ll Do

• Pediatric or home health experience


• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities

• 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
