Job Responsibilities
  • Provide bedside care, including personal hygiene maintenance
  • Record vital signs and collect health information
  • Communicate between patients, nurses, and physicians
  • Administer oral medications and injections
  • Test blood sugar levels
  • Insert and care for urinary catheters
  • Monitor patient status and document accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records
  • Act as a role model and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Requirements
  • Current LPN/RN license in the state
  • Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification
  • At least one year of LPN or RN experience in a Long Term Care setting (preferred)
  • Knowledge of MatrixCare (preferred)
