Base pay range

$32.00/hr - $42.00/hr

Summit Home Care is looking for an RN/LPN for a 15-year-old in Milford with major multiple trauma (following MVA), traumatic brain injury, subarachnoid hemorrhage, tracheostomy, and GT dependent.
