Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking nurses (RN or LPN) to organize and direct nursing care on assigned units. The role requires active licensure, at least 1 year of related experience, and strong regulatory compliance.

You will explain care plans, administer medications, and transcribe orders while contributing to resident well-being. We offer full-time, part-time, or PRN options with competitive pay, benefits, and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current State of Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience or equivalent education.
• Good standing in the state registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide total nursing care for residents during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local and company regulations.
• Explain procedures and care plans to residents.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing techniques.
• Transcribe physician orders and manage additional duties as assigned.
