Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the LPN will assess, plan, and implement individualized care, perform routine patient care tasks, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered team environment to meet customer needs.
Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred, and licensing requirements must be current.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. The Licensed Practical Nurse performs various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of customers.
