Formación

• At least 6 months of recent LPN experience required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to travel between facilities.
• TB test within current guidelines (2-step or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and perform treatments in LTC/skilled nursing settings.
• Document care and monitor changes in patient condition.
• Communicate with facility staff to coordinate care.
• Provide care independently across multiple facilities as assigned.
