Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. This role offers flexible scheduling across long-term care, rehab, and clinical settings in Dayton and surrounding facilities.

You will provide nursing care under supervision, administer medications, monitor vitals, and document changes while working in diverse care environments. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Ohio is required.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong medication administration and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions.
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.
• Report changes in patient condition to the care team.
