Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN - Casual All Shifts

Wages: Up to $34.50/hr!

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager / DON, the LPN performs as a licensed caregiver, responsible for assigned residents/patients during a shift. Responsibilities include coordinating, implementing, and evaluating care plans, maintaining safety, supervising nursing assistants, and adhering to all policies and the State Nurse Practice Act.

This position requires working a minimum of 8 shifts and up to 10 shifts per month, including summer and winter holidays.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensed in the State as an LPN
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to operate necessary supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements by law
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, and community members
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, understanding English, and basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Post-acute care experience
