We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients by delivering excellent clinical care, managing patient interactions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Essential Duties:
  • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions and promptly report changes.
  • Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Provide compassionate care, ensuring patients' comfort and dignity.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
  • Coordinate with doctors, CNAs, and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.
Work Experience Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in KY
  • Strong clinical and patient management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with grace
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
