Heritage Woods of Watseka in Watseka, IL is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee medication distribution and support resident well-being.

You will collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and families to tailor care plans, promote independence, and ensure safety while contributing to quality assurance initiatives.

Salary Range: $28.00 - $29.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Oversees medication distribution as stated on physician orders, ensuring strict adherence to Community medication management documentation and procedure, and demonstrating steadfast dedication to resident safety
• Upon thorough assessment, creates personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignity
• Cultivates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of communication pertaining to the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experience
