HomeFirst Home Healthcare in Winchester, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Private Duty PRN shifts. The role covers one-on-one patient care in patients' homes, with a schedule of 30 hours per week (Mon/Wed/Fri, 8am-6pm) and an hourly rate of $28.00–$32.00.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited LPN program with an active LPN license in Tennessee and at least one year of private duty or home health experience. Competitive pay and referral incentives are offered.

Overview

As a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the home setting.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license within the state of practice
• Minimum of one (1) year of Licensed Practical Nurse experience in private duty, home health, hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing facility; previous private duty and/or home healthcare experience preferred.
