Job summary

HomeFirst Home Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Private Duty PRN night shifts in Morrison, TN (37357). The position offers 12-hour shifts from 8pm to 8am with competitive pay.

Responsibilities include providing one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the home setting. Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program with an active LPN license in the state, and at least one year of private duty/home health experience; TB test negative within last 12 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license within the state of practice.
• Minimum of one (1) year of Licensed Practical Nurse experience in private duty, home health, hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing facility; previous private duty and/or home healthcare experience preferred.
• Must have a negative 2-step TB test within the last 12 months of the hire date.
