Job summary

Silverado Red Rock is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses for memory care residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. You will provide clinical support, assist with activities of daily living, and monitor health while maintaining documentation. Strong English communication and reliability are essential, with lifting up to 50 lbs and comfort around pets.

Schedule: Full Time, PM shift, Sunday - Thursday, in-person at Silverado’s Las Vegas campus. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Preferred: experience in senior or memory care settings.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around animals/pets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
• Provide clinical support and assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, mobility).
• Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentation.
• Support a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments.

Anticipated pay range
