Job summary

Silverado North Shore is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide compassionate, clinically precise care for residents with memory impairments. This role blends nursing skill with empathy, offering opportunities for growth in a renowned memory care leader.

Responsibilities include coordinating with families and physicians, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining accurate care records. The position is full-time with a PM shift, located in California.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Preferred: memory care or senior care experience.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance standards.
• Effective communicator in English, both verbal and written.
• Walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians
• Provide clinical support and assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
• Monitor resident health and maintain accurate care documentation
• Support a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program
• Active LVN/LPN license
• Preferred: experience in senior care or memory care settings
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
