Job summary

Alvita Care is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for per diem shifts across the NYC Metro Area, especially Manhattan and Brooklyn. We value genuine care and dedication to clients.

The role focuses on medication management, geriatric and post-surgical care, and coordination with other providers (OT/PT/hospice, etc). Shifts are 8–12 hours day or night, paying $45–$50 per hour, plus a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold NY State LPN license.
• BLS/CPR/PALS/ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in per diem/private duty homecare, facility/nursing home, or hospital bedside settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication management.
• Geriatric and post-surgical care.
• Coordinate with other providers (OT/PT/hospice, etc).
• Per diem day or night shifts (8–12 hours).

Details

• Seeking experienced LPN available for per diem shift work
• Private duty homecare, facility/nursing home shifts, and private hospital bedsides
• Primary needs with these shifts will be medication management, geriatric and post-surgical care, and professional coordination with other providers (OT/PT/hospice/etc)
• Shift work is paid between $45-$50/hour
• We also have a generous referral bonus program so bring a friend and get paid!

Requirements

• New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• One of: BLS, CPR, PALS and/or ACLS certifications
