Job summary

Child Health Associates in Auburn, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our pediatric practice. This full-time role offers a consistent four-day schedule with one evening shift per week and a weekend shift per month.

You will provide direct pediatric outpatient care, perform triage, document visits, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates hold a Massachusetts LPN license, with pediatric/outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Support patient flow and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and fellow clinical staff.

Child Health Associates is seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing pediatric practice in Auburn, Massachusetts.

Schedule

• Full-time, 4-day workweek
