You will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to manage care plans, administer medications, and assist with daily health needs. Schedule varies:

  • PT Position Available or On Call/Casual
  • PM Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Position Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be registered and licensed as an LPN in the state of Minnesota
  • Must have a current CPR certification
  • Working every other weekend and some holidays is required
