Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private duty nursing in New Jersey. You will care for pediatric and adult clients in home settings, with overnight shifts and flexible scheduling.

You’ll travel to a client home on a schedule you choose and document all orders and assessments. Qualified candidates hold a NJ LPN license, CPR certification, and have experience with family-centered, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a single client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide hands-on care with autonomy in the home.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay range $32-$35 based on qualifications
• Overnights needed
• $2000 Bonus - must work 2 overnights per week and 120 independent hours
