Foundation Medical Partners, affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nashua OB/GYN team. You will provide patient-centered care in person, by phone, and via telehealth, under RN/provider supervision, supporting assessments, medications, vaccines, and documentation.

The ideal candidate holds an NH (or compact) LPN license, active BLS/CPR, and graduates from an accredited nursing program (or is currently enrolled).

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Practical Nurse with NH license (or compact state).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school or currently enrolled leading to RN licensure.
• Current NH license as an LPN.
