Countryside Manor in Fremont, OH is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Night Shift to join our clinical team in a skilled nursing setting.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN opportunities with every other weekend requirements. A generous $8,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time LPNs, plus medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and career growth pathways are provided.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Ohio LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Position Summary:

Countryside Manor is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Night Shift to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and nursing services

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical team

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans

Schedule Options:

• Night Shift

• Every other weekend required
