NHS Management, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Night Shift Charge Nurse at Valley View Health and Rehabilitation in Madison, AL. You will provide direct nursing care and act as clinical leader overnight, guiding CNAs and coordinating with on-call providers.

This full-time night position offers competitive pay, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, night differential, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

Position Overview: LPN Charge Nurse – Night Shift

As a Night Shift LPN Charge Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care while serving as a clinical leader during overnight hours. You’ll support residents’ comfort and safety, guide CNAs, and collaborate with on‑call providers to ensure continuity of care throughout the night.
