Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift

Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift at Southern Health Partners, Inc.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Schedule: 12-hour Night Shift Rotation (7 PM - 7:30 AM) with alternating weekends
• Location: High Point, NC

Responsibilities include:

1. Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress; chart results; establish nursing plans; work within state scope of practice and guidelines
