Job summary

NeuLife Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care for individuals with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and other neurological conditions at our Hammond, LA facility.

The role involves administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, documenting vital signs, and collaborating with the care team to achieve positive outcomes. A Louisiana LPN license and CPR/First Aid are required, with IV certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana LPN license in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• IV Certification preferred.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or neurological care is a plus.

Responsibilities
