Job summary

Crestline Nursing Center is hiring RN/LPN for night shifts (11pm–7am) in Crestline, Ohio. We are a 30-bed facility focused on compassionate resident care and a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care within scope, administering prescribed treatments, and coordinating with the health care team. An active RN/LPN license is required; experience is preferred but not required. Benefits include PTO and health, dental, and vision insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN/LPN:

• Providing nursing care within their scope of practice

• Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients

• Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care

• Any other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN RN/LPN:

• Must have an active Certification as an RN/LPN

• Experience preferred, not required
