Job summary

Crestline Nursing Center in Crestline, OH is hiring LPNs for night shifts (11pm-7am) to provide compassionate care in a 30-bed facility. We invite dedicated nurses to join a dynamic team committed to residents’ well-being.

As an LPN, you will deliver nursing care within your scope, support prescribed regimens, and work closely with health care team to maintain high standards. PTO, health, dental and vision insurance are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license.
• Experience with nursing care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performing segments of the prescribed medical regime for assigned patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN/LPN:

• Providing nursing care within their scope of practice

• Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients

• Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care

• Any other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN LPN:

• Must have an active Certification as an LPN

• Experience preferred, not required
