Job summary

Country Meadow Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a part-time Night Shift LPN to work every Wednesday and Thursday. You will join a compassionate team dedicated to high-quality resident care and a supportive work environment.

The role focuses on delivering nursing care within your scope, implementing prescribed regimens, and collaborating with health care professionals to maintain excellent standards. Prior experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN certification required.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care within their scope of practice.
• Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regimen for an assigned group of patients.
• Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care.
• Any other job duties as assigned.
