Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on care for chronically ill residents including ventilator, tracheostomy, ostomy, and enteral feeding tube management.
• Administer medications and treatments (wound care, catheter care, pain management) on schedule.
• Assess resident conditions each shift and report changes to RN/physician/DON or ADON.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to carry out each resident's care plan.
• Educate residents and families on care needs and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies following facility protocol and keep documentation audit-ready.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Sequim Bay Post Acute

Pay: $45.00-55.00/hr, DOE | Full-Time, Night Shift | Sequim, WA

Sequim Bay Post Acute is looking for a Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who's ready to bring skilled, steady care to a group of residents who depend on it, including chronically ill and technologically dependent residents needing vent, trach, ostomy, and enteral feeding support. If you're confident managing complex care independently overnight and want a team that backs you up, we'd love to talk.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands-on care for chronically ill and technologically dependent residents including ventilator, tracheostomy, ostomy, and enteral feeding tube management
• Administer medications and treatments (wound care, catheter care, pain management) accurately and on schedule
• Assess resident conditions each shift and flag changes to the RN, physician, or DON/ADON promptly
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to carry out each resident's individualized care plan
• Educate residents and families on care needs, and document how that education lands
• Respond calmly and competently in emergencies, following facility protocol
• Keep documentation timely, clear, and audit-ready

What You’ll Need
