Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift

Shift: Night Shift Only (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overnight nursing care and monitoring to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Document all care accurately and timely
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
• Collaborate with CNAs and supervisors to ensure smooth overnight operations
• Promote safety and comfort throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of PA
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
