Job summary

The Harrison Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Springfield, KY seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time or part-time shifts. The role focuses on organizing and delivering quality nursing care with 12-hour shifts and a base wage of $28.00 per hour, with same-day pay and enhanced differential options.

You’ll administer medications, coordinate with the care team, and ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and facility regulations.

Qualifications

• Current State of Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• A minimum of 1 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible during the shift for the total nursing care of residents in the assigned unit.
• Assumes responsibility for compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company regulations.
• Explains procedures and treatments and care plan to resident.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Transcribes physician's orders.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• No med pass
