About the Role: Noble Health Care Center is seeking experienced LPNs to provide high-quality care in a long-term and rehabilitative setting. You will participate in delivering and directing patient care according to facility standards, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining nursing standards aligned with licensure and the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Evaluating staffing needs.
  • Administering medication and treatments as prescribed.
  • Implementing and evaluating care plans.
