Key Responsibilities
Deliver a range of nursing care for elderly residents
Oversee and train subordinate staff in resident care
Administer medical treatments and interventions according to care plans
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations
Observe and report on resident behavior and physical condition
Create and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents
