Job summary

Park View Care Center, part of Exceptional Living Centers, is seeking a compassionate LPN for night shift to provide high-quality resident care in a full-service nursing facility.

You will perform rounds, administer medications, document care, and supervise nursing staff, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. This role requires a licensed practical nurse with strong clinical skills and a patient‑centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Support and train nursing staff, including new and temporary employees.

• Participate in quality assurance and state survey processes.

Position Summary

LPNs are responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role involves direct clinical care, documentation, communication with interdisciplinary teams, and supervision of nursing staff.

Supervisory Duties

• Direct supervision of nursing staff and indirect supervision of all staff involved in resident care.
• Involved in hiring, training, performance management, and staff scheduling.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

Licensure
