About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary clinical team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the LPN plays a vital role in delivering evidence-based preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care to assigned clients. In this role, you will provide direct hands‑on nursing, facilitate health and wellness training for clients and their families, and collaborate closely with team members to promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being.
