This role offers the chance to work collaboratively with our health team members and under the direction of registered nurses. As a licensed practical nurse, you will provide nursing care per the nursing process and our standards and practices. Join us in our mission to provide exceptional psychiatric care to our patients.

• Document patient information and changes in patient condition
• Alert the RN of changes needing reassessment
• Administer medication to patients
• Utilize appropriate interventions in psychiatric and medical emergencies
• Orient patients to treatment programs and monitor activity, encouraging participation
• Use facility-approved CPI techniques

Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:

• Education & Licensure: Graduate from an accredited LPN program with an active license to practice in Washington.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility is preferred.
